From Our Farm To Your Fork

Located in the beautiful Willamette Valley of Oregon, Stroupe Family Farm produces natural, tender and flavorful meats for customers that appreciate high quality. A family-owned business since 1968, we specialize in premium Angus beef and natural pork as well as a variety of sausages, jerky and smoked meats.
At Stroupe Family Farm, it is of the utmost importance for us to treat our land, our animals, our community and our customers with respect and care. All of our animals are raised locally and naturally, without hormones or antibiotics at our farm in Aurora, Oregon. They are pasture raised and fed a 100% vegetarian diet of locally-grown grass, fruits and vegetables. Our Black Angus beef is dry-aged for 18 days before being cut and processed at a local USDA-approved facility to ensure its quality. We are committed to providing delicious food for you and your family, and our family too.
